What we collect
We ask for your name, email, interest and permission to reply. House preference, company, phone, preferred start month and your message are optional. Please do not include sensitive personal information.
We record the Figment Work page and permitted campaign labels associated with your enquiry to understand where enquiries come from. We do not put your contact details into page addresses or campaign labels.
How we use it
We use your information to respond, discuss suitable space and manage your enquiry. Submitting the form does not subscribe you to marketing, reserve an office or confirm a viewing.
Who can access it
The Figment team handling enquiries can access the information. We use Netlify to host the website and securely record enquiries, and Google Workspace for email. These service providers may process information outside Singapore.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry information only while it is needed to respond, manage the enquiry and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. Contact us if you want to correct your information, withdraw permission to be contacted or request deletion.
