Your heritage office shortlist
The house, the rooms,
the street around it.
A heritage office search begins with character. A useful shortlist also shows how your working day fits the actual house.
A setting you can recognise
Club House has a tiled facade and timber shutters at 11 Lorong 24A Geylang. Kongsi House has tall windows, greenery and a timber staircase at 6 Sam Leong Road, Jalan Besar. Explore these real settings rather than an interchangeable office interior.
Follow the sequence of rooms
Ask for the office's exact sqft and a plan distinguishing your team's space from shared areas. If the plan uses Arrival Hall, Family Hall or Dining Hall, discuss each room's purpose and use arrangement.
Make calls and visits part of the brief
Picture a focused morning, a call and a client arriving. Discuss the room boundary, shared spaces and visitor route for the specific office. These details make a distinctive setting practical for your team.
Start from the exact entrance
Compare your daily journey from the actual house address. Bring your furniture, service and term requirements into the enquiry, so the conversation connects the place with the package.

Before you enquire
Before choosing a shophouse office.
Is Figment offering an entire shophouse for rent?
Figment Work Studios focuses on serviced offices within the houses. Enquire about the specific office, its boundary and what is shared, rather than assuming the whole house would be yours.
What should we ask about the house layout?
Ask for the exact office sqft, a measured plan and the route to shared facilities. Discuss calls, visitors and any room-use arrangements that matter to your routine.
How do we compare the packages?
Put the particular space, furniture, services, price and terms side by side. You can enquire with a house in mind or leave your options open.
